Try/Check Disaster Recovery

As backups are only good when they can actually be used we should do a disaster recovery exercise.

TODO:

• Get the production db Backup
• Load it into the staging environment
• Check if the data matches with prod
• Get the staging db Backup
• Reset staging to the old state by loading the staging db backup
• Go to our system engineers and check how the pvc backup works and see how we could test it
