CV search not functioning as expected

When visiting the CV search route, there are a couple of minor inconsistencies happening. Here are all of them listed

1. The string 'asdf' also has a hover effect even though it's not clickable. Remove that.

2. 'Notizen Member' is only clickable on the text. Make sure the whole button is clickable

3. Only the first button seems to correctly scroll to the place, the other only just route to the person in genral.
