fixes spacing issue with permalink, adds link to live node page

This fixes a bug where when selecting the permalink value to copy into the address bar, it would place spaces after the forward slashes and result in having to manually remove the spaces.

This also adds a live page link on the node edit page if it is currently published for easier access to the front-end content
