It's in a quasi-state where the code is being overhauled and the code here will be updated in the next few months. I still monitor for questions, etc. Let me know if you have any specific questions about the API and I'd be happy to help. If you're interested in contributing, I'd wait until the end of summer once the new API is put into service.
