Pls help, I can't even download Space Calibrator for an error

When I go to download SpaceCalibrator, it gives me an error as my image will show. How can I fix this and get the calibrator on my PC? Capture

Same issue, tried two different computers. my Son is so excited to use his new trackers.. i tried every version as well. can you message the creator about this.?
