Runtime Error - unable to open window

I have downloaded this software to run fbt vr with my oculus ,however space calibrator doesnt show up on my overlay , and when I try to open ovr , it disappeaars off of my overlay and on my desktop a popup that says "runtime error , unable to open window" pops up , how do i fix this ?
