Dokka dependency clashes with R8

I had to manually exclude the dokka dependency in my gradle file, because it minify with R8 threw an error while obfuscating. Since dokka is only for documentation, if I understand correctly, you might wanna set it up in a way so that users of the lib dont have to manually exclude it :) thanks for you work, i really like this lib!

I don't understand why you deppend on dokka at all, it is meant to be a Gradle plugin. Am I missing something here?

Removed Dokka dependency in this PR: https://github.com/pushpalroy/JetLime/pull/52. Will release along with fixing some other open issues shortly. Thanks again.
