Pusher CLI panics if .config doesn't exist

Is there any solution for this, I cant find any note in the documentation re pusher.json nor does pusher create it when I execute "pusher login".

further on I see the app is looing for the file in {current_userfolder}.config/pusher.json: As you cannot create folders on windows with a dot infront it is not even possible to create it manually.
