Discord room support

Slack and Hipchat are old news, we use Discord!!! Would be great to post to that in this.

I definitely support this as well being an extremely heavy Discord user. Discord's got basically everything that Slack has, and then some — I'm sure a lot of others would be in support of this. Atom's a super-powerful text-editor as it is, and this add-on makes it literally untouchable for me. It's already hard to conceive replacing this editor with something else, haha.

Keep up the awesome work with this!
