Call service by action then entity

Add an option to call Home Assistant services interactively by their service and then the entity ID. Maybe by way of a prefix argument for hass-call-service?

For example, C-u hass-call-service RET turn_off RET light.kitchen.

Not sure if this is worth the effort of extra processing to sort/map services to their domain.
