Design: Create design for Review and Rating component

Issue summary

There is currently no design for the Review and Rating component and in order for the project to have a uniform styleguide, a design has to be created for each of the components.

Proposed fix

Create a design for the Review and Rating components using the colors of the project which is already given in the README.

Before working on the issue, dm me or @AdityaSingh-02 and @purnima143 to be added to the Figma file and please, strictly follow the styleguide.

• Add screenshots or video of the working implementation of your PR
