feat: Refactor CLI

The current CLI works, but does not provide an API.

Here, we will refactor the CLI (rewrite) provide some kind of api for generating services, commands and subscriptions.

Feature-request:

• make file naming configurable (kebab-case as an example instead of camelCase)
