add support README files in other languages

I would like to suggest the addition of README files in multiple languages to improve the usability of the project for users who speak languages other than English. We can make it easier for a broader audience to understand the project and reach better community engagement and contributions from users worldwide.

File structure: consider organizing the translated README files in a separate directory(e.g., 'translations/') to maintain a clean and organized repository structure Documentation: Document the process for adding and maintaining translated README files in the project's contributing guidelines or documentation to encourage contributions and ensure consistency.

I believe that adding README files in other languages aligns with the project's goals of accessibility, usability, and community engagement. I am willing to contribute to the translation effort and assist in any way possible to make this feature request a reality.
