I hope that the above screen shot could describe most of the necessary information. The left buffer is my .emacs init file. The right is the scratch buffer. It is noted that all the ac-slime documentation pop-up in Emacs Lisp mode does not display expected information.

My emacs version: 24.4.1 Linux version: Linux Mint 17.2

Hi! I'm not actively using ac-slime myself, and I don't have time to investigate this now myself. However, the documentation code is very simple, and mostly just defers to slime, so I don't think it's very likely that this is a problem with ac-slime.

Hello, thanks for your comment. Currently I am busy. When I am having time for ac-slime I will be back to this topic with hopefully some new insights.
