PM is not maintained in when initial time value is pm on init

When i initialize the timepicker object with a time in the evening, for example 5:30pm, when i change the hour to 12 i.e. 12:30 and click ok the time comes back as 12:30am instead of 12:30pm

@asqwrd does it maintain am even when reopened or stays as am?

If the time is pm then when you open it it maintains pm but as soon as i change the hour to 12 and press ok it switches to am and returns the time value in am
