how to customize the login page

I really would like to customize the login page, but I cannot find the path to login.html. Actually I am not able to locate the "jupyterhub/template" folder.

I was wondering if I need to modify config.yaml to make jupyterhub run with the customized login.html?

If you have any ideas, please let me know:)
