Category fixing messed up some desktop entries for desktop integration. Best example was xfce4-settings-manager where the settings items went missing because of XFCE-specific desktop categories got removed by category fixing. To mitigate this, if the category from a desktop file contains DE specific category, it will just skip category fixing
