Installed builtin files getting mixed up

I don't understand why the entries of installed files of builtin packages getting mixed up across builtin files list for example the list of installed files of libffi goes to GTK installed files list. Which is also happens to xorg too where the dependencies installed files merged under a single entry. The package database entries was respected nicely however the installed files list does not.

Does woof have its own package manager? We need to fix the processing of builtin packages
