Utitlity to test I/O devices.

@Smokey01 has a utility that I saw, which seems like one development may want for user benefit.

It intends to give a measure of the performance of I/O devices. It is a small GUI and affords users to see the performance of such devices as USB sticks (which we know is all over the map both in units themselves and the ports that they are plugged) I have one PC that has 4 USB-A ports for both usb v2.0 (2 plugs) & separate ports for usb v3.0 (2 plugs also).

It was reviewed on the forum. Not sure if PUPPY has another GUI tool that does the same. If not, would it be beneficial in the filesystem/utility Menu?
