More modular woof-ce build system

I have a suggestion that it may seems very odd for Puppy community. I suggest that the woof-ce must be more modular.

The output woof-ce build puppy was seems tightly integrated with JWM+ROX-Filer

I suggested that JWM, ROX-related files, (such as pup_event frontend) and Some Puppy core native apps on woof-ce must be moved to a separate folder for more organized and modular. Also the Puppy core will become more desktop environment agnostic.
