dsc-sqlserverdsc v 16.4.0-0-0 error

I updated to v16.4.0-0-0 from v16.0.0-0-0 and now i get these errors: Error: dsc_sqlmemory: The term 'Import-SqlDscPreferredModule' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Seems that function is not included in the module.
