Support for podman

Use Case

We were using docker module to manage docker container on rhel 7, We are migrating to rhel 8, where we don't have docker instead we need to use podman. This module doesn't seems to be support podman.

Describe the Solution You Would Like

Suggest changes required to use this module for podman, if possible.
