OS Version: Windows 10 VSCode Version: 1.71.2 Puppet Extension Version: 1.4.0 PDK Version: 2.3.0

What You Are Seeing?

Multiple terminals of "Puppet PDK" is opened when using Reload Window or when starting VSCode.

What is Expected?

No extra terminals opened when starting VSCode or Reload Window.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

By doing Window Reload or starting VSCode.
