Redirect other project setup to a section here

Facter/Leatherman/etc should redirect here for most of the environment setup. Have a section talking about how to get gcc/cmake/boost etc setup. Then each project can setup their own unique dependencies (curl/openssl for leatherman, blkid for facter).
