Error: Failed to apply catalog: No title provided and :ec2_securitygroup is not a valid resource reference

Puppet master/clients have recently updated to 4.5.0 and now receiving this error message. No changes have been made to the node manifests. I tried updating the aws module to latest master code as of today and same error. Removing the ec2_securitygroup and the ec2_instance resource -- ec2_puppet_notworking.txt -- using the group from the node makes the error go away (I am using other ec2_* types without issue still).

Upgrading to 4.5.2 fixed this for me.

@markheydon, I believe this should have been fixed by an upgrade. Can I close this issue? Thanks!
