Add support for Route53 A and AAAA record ALIAS record sets

It would be very helpful to add support to the Route53 resources for the ALIAS record set type that is a part of A and AAAA records in AWS. These two resources would be impacted: route53_a_record and route53_aaaa_record

@benglersc thanks, good idea. I'd be happy to see a PR for this or alternatively we'll defintely add it at some point - although I can't promise when at the moment unfortunately.

Definitely still need this feature. Right now our only group of DNS record sets that are not managed through puppet and the aws module is the ALIAS record set type for zone apex record sets. I just haven't had time to build this myself or I'd submit a PR for it.
