Incorrect point and click seek behavior in player

Mostly noticeable in recordings with big I-frame intervals:

1. Click on a seek bar position. Do not hold the mouse button.
2. Immediately move the mouse cursor along the seek bar.
3. Player seeks to the position of the mouse from step 2, not the clicked point from step 1.
