Need some help with SpriteSheet

Need some help with spritesheet, animation editor, or rag and draw to mount my sprites, i'm a spriter jr, but i got problems to export my spritesheets and import to object builder, cant set up as an .obd, if i got something like spreadsheet, that every tile with 32x32 its like a cell in spreadsheet, and got some tag like "A1", "A2", with that i just config, every "cell" with they own config, like Cell ("A1:B32" Iddle Front ), Cell ("G1:H10" Layer Iddle Front ), @punkice3407 i dont know how programing, but i can got some idea
