save button not working sometimes

I just opened the client, then I opened this item. I changed the first frame and clicked in apply to all, but now the program don't give me an option to save it.

I had to modifie something else (I add a layer then remove it), then I could save it.

It already happened other time editing other stuff, but Im not sure when or what makes it happen

same thing occurring with the compile (save button) I made these changes (in yellow) in items properties, saved, but the save button is unclickable even having changes to do it, it doesn't happens always idk
