No exit way

what keyboard interrupt is doing is great but I think you should also add a way to exit after showing number of scanned ports as people used to use Ctrl+C to exit appplication like we should ask if we want to exit or continue.

Instead using CTRL+C you can use CTRL+Z to exit from tool. Which hotkey will be best to do this? I will consider it

Ctrl+C has become a standard hotkey to exit but showing how many ports have been scanned is also important

Anyway, I think it suits to tool better ;) Because if someone wants to exit, he will see info about attack + it is also good way to prevent exiting mistakenly. Because it must run in infinite manner, otherwise it is useless :)
