Screen Settings Menu Clarity

I found the screen settings menu challenging to understand. I have some feedback on how you could make it more approachable to new users.

• Change "5:4" to "5:4 (4:3 Display)". Most other emulators have a 4:3 option. Many people don't know that 5:4 PAR will equate to a 4:3 DAR and will be looking for this option. (Or even what PAR and DAR are.)
• The per game overscan setting and default value setting can be greatly simplified for clarity: Under overscan you should have two options, "per game" and "global values". That would be all you need.
• You may want to revisit the black borders check boxes for utility. I might be missing something, but the only thing that this option serves to do is reduce the screen size and change the display aspect ratio from your selection.
