Feature Request: IPS Save File Support

Save files. I would love to see an option of saving in IPS. Eventually all emulator authors move on to different projects and at that point another emulator will pop up with shiny features. Let us take our hard earned saves with us by patching our saves to the rom, which should load in any future emulator.
