Freezes my system

using Pop OS 20 for some reason it completely freezes my computer when opening lotion (native) or when I go back to it after multitasking, specially when firefox is in the background maybe it is eating too much ram for an weird reason, during normal use it's seems ok since I checked on system monitor it's ram use before freezing everything, also it must be pretty hungry to stop a 16gb ram pc.
