Fixed, but typo in release notes. Typo fixed for next release.
I just suppress it because I know there are 65,000 unhinted glyphs and I don't need that output. I wouldn't mind having it do only one line like @frankrolf suggests.
Not sure what happened there, but fixed now.
Since a CFF2 font from CID-keyed sources doesn't have any recollection of the ROS there's no way to know the CID mapping unless that can be passed along as another...
I'm not sure how you can have CID-keyed without a ROS. For any ROS other than Adobe-Identity-0 it's THE thing that tells you what's what.
There's also no guarantee of a post 2.0 table with glyph names. So it really feels like we need some extra data to properly cover all possible CID situations.
tx doesn't do anything. I think it has a bug and sets the ROS to Adobe-Identity-1 which isn't a thing. I use tx for this, but only for the outline...
It's not a defined ROS. You can name a ROS anything, but there is only a small set of ROS that are defined. Adobe-Identity-0 is defined as being whatever charset...
I will update these in Python at some point like in Source Han Sans.
Valid point, but look at the Unicode J source for U+9F9D where it is split in two. But since Source Han Serif does not split the JP glyph I think...
