Yes, I am trying to utilize existing dired packages. The theme controls the strike through. You should be able to customize this face in particular to address your needs.
What about if you but a hook on mode change and toggle depending on the mode of the buffer?
I don't think anyone will look at this but is this worth my time?
@superbobry, are you thinking along the lines of the the Emacs bindings in the true ranger package or more of just an extension of dired?
@milouse, any luck with your configuration? Any alternate would be using ranger's Emacs binding
Thanks! I might work with adding these to spacemacs. I don't think it makes sense to add these dependencies directly to ranger, but I agree that they are nice additions.
Also, have you tried out dired-filetype-face? Do you prefer one over the other?
To get new directory, use the dired prefix key `;` then `+`. Will look into the ranger toggle issue.
So you would like this as an option? Currently this behaviour is consistent with rangerfm, correct? Also are you concerned about the right key in addition to "l"?
I don't see this issue when pressing `C-p` to revert to dired. Let me know if you still have it or we can close this issue.
