Comment input box should be always displayed

It is really not a nice experience that you have to click comment link first to be able to then enter text in input box for comment. Why not just display an input box bellow all the comments so that you can start writing a comment immediately, like it is on Facebook?

It is insane to comment large discussions: you need to

  • scroll up aaaaaaaaaall the way
  • search the "Comment" button
  • scroll down aaaaaaaaaaaaaall way again
  • search the comment form ... and then comment.
