Change 'open source' to 'free software'

Uploading on behalf of Jason, who doesn't use GitHub. Not sure if we'll do this.

I'm very much in favor of this, but anyway... if we do this, I'd say it should say "Free Software", with caps, as in "THE Free Software" =)

What is the exact difference between free software and open source? Don't they achieve the same thing?
