The Pulumi Book appears to be a dead project

Hi folks.

https://pulumibook.info is a dead link. On LeanPub, it appears that the book was never finished (it appears it was in progress beginning 2019).

If this project saw the light of day, I would love to read it. Otherwise, I think this link should be removed.
