Pulumi Console UI issues for operator initiated runs

Pulumi runs initiated by the operator are visualized in the Pulumi Console with two unexpected properties.

1. The commit sha is always depicted as being dirty (indicating local changes were present which is not the case)
2. The cloud symbol is strike-through indicating that the run was not initiated from an automated pipeline
