How to specify the VerifiedPublisherId?

Issue details

Without the VerifiedPublisherId the consent screen(s) show an unknown app.

Affected area/feature

Pulumi.AzureAD.Application has a PublisherDomain, but no VerifiedPublisherId (for the MPN ID).
