Adding in an aws-ts-eks-csi example

I've just written code to spin up an EKS cluster with EFS backed PVC.

I don't think the quality of the Readme is up to scratch looking at the other examples, but I have a need to get on with deploying more things to my new EKS cluster.

I will try and find the time to improve the readme and also provide an example of how to deploy a service to the same cluster which uses the EFS PVC

I just feel a need to commit something before I forget to do it at all.

Please let me know if this is OK.
