Support `lastpass` as source for configuration and secrets

Issue details

Pulumi ESC supports 1password as a source for configuration and secrets. So similarly, it would be great if ESC could also support lastpass.

We will add this to our integration roadmap, it depends on what LastPass supports but we will look into it.
