Publish JSON schema for ESC configs

Issue details

For validating ESC configs and enhanced experience when editing ESC configs in IDEs, could you publish the schema of ESC configuration files to Schemastore.org?

For example, Pulumi.yaml project configuration schema can be found there: https://json.schemastore.org/pulumi.json

Hello! Thanks for the issue. As we get closer to GA and the schema is more stable, we can definitely do this.
