ast: source ranges for property accessors in quoted multi-line strings

Tracks support for reporting source ranges for offsets into quoted multi-line strings, e.g.

example: "Here's a quoted, multi-\
  line string with an ${interpolation}"

Needs to handle the usual multi-line complexity + escape sequences.
