Problem description

Pain points while following the Pulumi AWS quickstart guide:

• Unclear step - https://www.pulumi.com/docs/clouds/aws/get-started/deploy-changes/#update-the-program as it can be easily mistaken to updating the BucketObject declaration instead of the bucket.
• Wrapping one's head around option dependsOn is overly complex as a new pulumi user and unclear if its full understanding is needed under the getting started section.

Suggestions for a fix

Spelling out the contents of the full code file here might be useful.
