Document incompatibility between JS/TS dynamic resource providers and pnpm managed projects

• Other: A customer bumped into a problem because of a specific combination of choices: dynamic providers in JS/TS doen't play well with PNPM managed repositories. Here is an open issue on this: https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/9085

Depending on how the linked issue shakes out, we may not need to do this. We'll leave this open for now and await the outcome there.

@thoward Can you please add this to your plate for a quick edit? We have a handful of large customers that are about to plunge into DyPros in a big way and it would be great to make sure our doc in this area is as ship shape as can be! Thanks
