Add short code for hiding/showing code blocks

Problem description

Code examples can be lengthy and make blog posts too long to read, add unnecessary scrolling, and make blogs unwieldy on mobile devices, but readers still want a complete example.

Suggestions for a fix

Add a shortcode that calls a script to show the first 10 lines of a code block with a button to expand the code block to it's full extent.
