Add examples for `pulumi import —parent`

It would be helpful to have examples and walkthroughs for importing a resource into a component with --parent.

Ideally in https://www.pulumi.com/docs/guides/adopting/import/.

I just found this because I have no idea what --parent is expecting, this is really frustrating...
