@raphaelauv Definitely agree that a picture would be useful here - we’ll keep this open to track getting a visual to represent this added into the docs.

As for the core questions - a few notes:

• Pulumi does not use or depend on Terraform or HCL in any way.
• Pulumi does offer the ability to bridge Terraform Providers to be used as Pulumi providers.
• As you note in the diagram above, Pulumi also offers native providers which provide direct access to the underlying clouds.
