fix up our support landing page
our support landing page (https://support.pulumi.com/) looks a little bit broken and misaligned from our brand language it will prolly need some design work and front-end work
if its easy and possible, it would be great to bring over the tertiary nav concept from the registry to this space. along with our lowest privacy footer.
whoever ends up doing the changes will need to do them on https://support.pulumi.com/theming/workbench if you don't have access let @susanev know and they can get you setup
it may be worth evaluating other companies support pages as well, should we link to docs, and other community resources? do we have any support authored answers to questions that we could publish?
if we update any of the content on the page it will be important to get feedback from the folks who respond to the tickets over in #customer-engineering
